## A dated report on one store

For a lease, a purchase, a loan or a supplier file: one store's SNAP authorization record and the history of its address, compiled and dated as a PDF.

### How to order

1. Find the store with [the search](/search.md) and open its record.
2. Click **Dated SNAP authorization report**: the form below fills itself in. You can also type the
name and address here.
3. We compile the report by hand and send it to you as a PDF by e-mail, with a card payment link for $19.
You pay after you have the report.

### A dated report on this entity

The pages of this site are free and will stay free: an official fact belongs to no one. What is sold is the **compilation work** — what the public registers say about this entity on a given date, and what they do not say.

#### What the report contains

- the store: name, type, address, county, and its USDA record number
- every authorization period, with its start and end dates
- the other stores authorized at the same address since 2005, with their dates
- **what was not found**, written down: the checks made and the empty results
- the exact citation: USDA file and date

**Price: $19** / store

#### What the report is NOT

It is not a document of the USDA and not proof that a store accepts SNAP today: the file stops on December 31, 2025. It gives no reason for an authorization that ended.

This is an order form. The request reaches us and we confirm it by e-mail before any payment. Nothing is charged at this stage.

**Not a consumer reporting agency.** This site
and the datasets sold from it are **not** consumer reports under
the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and must not be used to decide anyone's
eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing, or any other purpose
covered by the FCRA. If you need a background check, use a screening company
that operates as a consumer reporting agency.

**Do you run a grocery store or a
supermarket with 20 or more staff?**

AI labs pay businesses to record first-person video of everyday
hands-on work — filmed by their own staff with a smartphone on a wearable mount, with consent and under contract.
